The Mirador 1200 is a 17-story, 423-unit residential condominium located in the West Ave. neighborhood of South Beach.  Located directly on Biscayne Bay, it was designed in the 1960’s by Melvyn Grossman, a leader in the MiMo (Miami Modern) aesthetic.
